Hello, Creative Adventurers!

I’m a wee bit excited to announce the official launch of my brand, new weekly vlog, “My Postcard Life” and a weekly Livestream “Art Feeds My Soul”. Let’s hang out together this winter, and beyond, making art, crafts, and connections in the comforts of our own cozy nests.

I have a winter feast of creativity planned for you! Including guest artists, makers, teachers, authors, and Human Sparklers who understand the power of uplifting others. We will meet on Friday nights to play in our art journals, learn new art techniques, investigate art supplies & tools, use up our crafts supplies that have been collecting dust, and keep each other company across the miles.

Each Wednesday I will upload a new video in my new vlog series showcasing DIY tips and tricks, yard art/bling, murals, upcycling mojo & miracles, painted furniture… I could go on and on… and on!

Plus, I’ll weave in some self-help tools if you are dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and agoraphobia to help you remember to remember who you truly are within. We can all use some self-love! I’ll also be your personal tour guide to show you the local scenery, people, places, and life here in the Four Corners area. You’ll probably want to adopt me after all this. *cheesy grin*

I can’t wait to hang out with you here! See you soon, Creative Adventurers and Armchair Travelers! If you have any questions, please just ask!

If I were to give myself a label, I'd happily call myself a human sparkler. I was born this way--all sparkly and such. In the early '70s, I figured out doing what I loved to do was way more fun than the alternative. That revelation and determination led me to follow my dreams to become a singer-songwriter, recording artist, national conference & retreat speaker, author, artist, and teacher. And, I'm still having fun as I approach my seventies--in fact, more so! After a life-altering auto accident in 2008, I developed chronic & acute PTSD, agoraphobia, and multiple autoimmune diseases. My journey within led me to discover the hidden layers of trauma, connect the dots, and ultimately, rewire my brain back to wholeness. I approach art-making as soul medicine, nature as my University, and thoughts as vehicles to greater self-awareness.
