Cortez Library Virtual Workshop Event

DelSheree Gladden

USA TODAY bestselling author, will facilitate a virtual

Marketing 101 Workshop for Indie Authors

and Other Creative Entrepreneurs

Saturday, August 22nd

9:00 to 11:00am

With so many avenues of the publishing world opening up, getting your work noticed is more difficult than ever. Gladden speaks from personal experience: building an author platform is key to avoid being swallowed up in today’s publishing world. Though most of her examples in this workshop will be for marketing books, the same concepts apply to almost all businesses, so anyone interested in marketing their product or business is invited to participate!

Her workshop will guide you through effectively using social media for marketing and platform building, offline marketing tactics, building buzz in your local community, and networking with other authors, bloggers and readers.

Please join us in a Zoom Event with DelSheree Gladden!

Workshop participants will need to Pre-Register.

Call the Cortez Library: 970-565-8117 or email CLeoncini@CityofCortez.com

(before 4pm, August 21st) to register and receive your event link.
